Positive: The location was great. Beny's bar which was within the complex was wonderful, great food, drinks, takeaway and super friendly staff. The little apartment with its small garden was well equiped and comfortable. The location was very central and out of season was quiet.
Negative: I was really disappointed that in mid October with temperatures around 20C, the beach was closed and there was no access to the sea without walking quite a distance to the free beach. I was really angry about this.

Positive: Location was good for airport and Pisa. Car parking on site. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Could walk to restaurants and shops that were open this time of year.
Negative: Swimming pool closed. Very disappointed with this as weather was warm. Season ends Sept 30th. We visited early October, so would not recommend October if you want to use the pool. Lots of local restaurants and cafes also closed as end of season. So place was quiet. No facilities available on the beaches, such as sunbeds etc. this time of year. No cleaning products in apartment kitchen. No kettle or toaster. No oven only microwave. No cooking knives either for cutting vegetables, fruit etc.
Summary: Don't go in October, facilities not available.

Positive: The accommodation was fine. Hob didn't work but otherwise equipped kitchen. Microwave, no oven.
Negative: Reception wasn't open when it said it would be but by going to the next door hotel we got a message to them. Start of October the demolition crew were taking down facilities around us. Beach was already done so unsightly all boarded up. We had appreciated that the pool would be closed but not the extent of off season we were to be experiencing.

Positive: location is in the center of Piazza. walking distance from convenient store and restaurants, bars etc. great view of the sea well supplied utensil for kitchen. Price wasn't bad. Close to Livorno, Pisa, Lucca and Camp Darby.
Negative: Noises transfers well threw walls. had a neighbor with a loud kid that kept us up at nights, mother tried to keep the kid quiet but with little luck. Bathroom had a sewage smell most of the time, turned out the kitchen sink would drain the traps in the bathroom. we had linens and cleaning once in the 17 days there. This is an apartment rental not a hotel. Could of been my misunderstanding. limited outlets to charge phones. Fees for swimming pool and beach, not part of the resort fees. Front desk was helpful!
Summary: Good apartment rental, good location just don't expect this to be a hotel.
